Summary of Minutes of Board Meeting November 8, 2006

Present: Jean McHarg, Nieff Joseph, David Weagle, Eric Rafuse, Jim Sewell, Shaun Bradley, Bruce
Raymond, Anne Greer, Bob Fulleman and Andra White.

Minutes: : Moved by Bob Fulleman, seconded by Jim Sewell to accept the minutes of the October 5, 2006
board meeting as corrected. Carried.

Treasurer's report: Moved by Jean McHarg and seconded by Bob Fulleman to accept the report as
presented. Carried.

Membership: 186 families of the 305 on the roll are current on their dues: others are in arrears, some
seriously. Membership list to be assessed at the January board.meeting. Newsletter will be send in bulk to
locals and by mail to others. A "dues in arrears" letter to be sent at a later date.

Fundraising: New T-shirts have arrived, hopefully to sell as a result of the newsletter. Pentz paintings
reproductions have been a successful project: about 2/3 of those purchased have been sold.

Yard Sale: With an evident lack of interest, we'll forgo the event for 2007. Moved, seconded and carried.

Newsletter: Draft copies look great. PharmaSave's contribution of doggie poo bags to be acknowledged

Beach Rock: Prior to starting work, Greg Corkum will meet with Eric Rafuse and Bob Fulleman for
directions on where to place the rock. A number of donations including an anonymous one for $500.00 have
been received for the rock fund.
